Where We Ship From
Every Steppe & Co. piece is one of one and is dispatched from the location where it is currently held.
Our collection is currently stocked across fulfilment locations in the United Kingdom and China. This means an order may be shipped from either location depending on the individual piece purchased. The location of each piece is listed on the product page.
If you would like to confirm the dispatch location of a particular piece before ordering, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
We are opening a US warehouse in September 2026, after which we will also stock certain products within the United States. This will help reduce delivery times and shipping costs for our US customers.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the dispatch location of the individual piece and its destination.
Each order is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email where available.
An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided based on the product’s dispatch location and delivery destination.

How Orders Are Shipped
We use trusted courier and tracked delivery services wherever possible. The courier used may vary depending on your location, order value, and the size or weight of the item.
For higher-value orders, we may use a signed-for or insured delivery service to give extra protection during transit.
Packaging & Protection
Jade is a precious natural material and we package every order carefully to protect it on its journey.
Each item is inspected before dispatch and securely packed using protective wrapping, cushioning materials, and a strong outer box. Where suitable, products may also be supplied in branded presentation packaging or protective inner boxes.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not always included at checkout and may be payable by the customer upon delivery.
