Jade Bangle Sizing Guide
A jade bangle should feel secure, comfortable, and easy enough to wear without forcing it over the hand. Because traditional jade bangles are solid and do not open or adjust, choosing the right size is especially important.
Use the guide below to measure your hand and find the best inner diameter for your jade bangle.
How To Find Your Bangle Size

Step 1: Bring your hand into position
Touch your thumb to the start of your little finger, as if you are about to slide a bangle over your hand.

Step 2: Measure the widest point
Using a soft measuring tape or a length of string and a ruler, measure around the widest part of your hand, usually just above the knuckles.
Step 3: Match your measurement
Compare your hand circumference with the chart below to find your recommended bangle inner diameter.
Step 4: Choose your preferred fit
For a closer fit, choose the smaller size in your range. For an easier fit, or if your hands are less flexible, choose the larger size.
Bangle Size Chart
| Hand Circumference | Recommended Bangle Inner Diameter |
|---|---|
| 60 - 90mm | 40 - 45mm |
| 100 - 113mm | 46 - 48mm |
| 130 - 150mm | 49 - 51mm |
| 160 - 190mm | 52 - 54mm |
| 200 - 220mm | 55 - 57mm |
| 230 - 250mm | 58 - 61mm |
| 260 - 280mm | 62 - 63mm |
| 290 - 310mm | 64 - 66mm |
Note: If you are between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for easier wear. Jade bangles are rigid, so comfort when putting the bangle on is just as important as how it sits on the wrist.
